- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via Email, with tracking details.
2. Delivery Timelines
We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely delivery:

3. Shipping Charges

- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹2,999

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for eligible pin codes.
- A COD handling fee of ₹50–₹100 may be applicable.
- Orders placed using COD may be subject to confirmation before dispatch.

Every Emperial Hydes product is shipped in premium, secure packaging, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition; just as intended.

7. Delivery Attempts
Our logistics partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us.
