1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof (images/video) may be required

3. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor variations in color/texture (natural in leather)
  • Products damaged due to misuse

4. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15** business days**
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Replacement Policy

  • In case of damage or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Shipping for Returns

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
  • In other cases, customers may need to ship the product back
