1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof (images/video) may be required
3. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in color/texture (natural in leather)
- Products damaged due to misuse
4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15** business days**
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method
5. Replacement Policy
- In case of damage or incorrect product, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
7. Shipping for Returns
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
- In other cases, customers may need to ship the product back
